思政工作在高等学校人才培养过程中发挥着重要作用，直接引导着学生成长成才的方向。在面对当前90后大学生鲜明的个性和脆弱的心理等带来的思政工作困境时，深入领会传统文化内涵，结合思政工作现状，分析传统文化与90后大学生思政工作融合的必要性和可行性，进而寻求破解当前工作困境的新思路。
思政工作在高等學校人纔培養過程中髮揮著重要作用，直接引導著學生成長成纔的方嚮。在麵對噹前90後大學生鮮明的箇性和脆弱的心理等帶來的思政工作睏境時，深入領會傳統文化內涵，結閤思政工作現狀，分析傳統文化與90後大學生思政工作融閤的必要性和可行性，進而尋求破解噹前工作睏境的新思路。

The ideological work in institutions of higher learning in the process of talent training plays an important role, directly guides the direction of the students to grow up. In the face of the current 90 after college students' personality and fragile psychological bring ideological work, the plight of the grasp of traditional culture connotation, together with the present situation of ideological work, analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the combination between traditional culture and after 90 college students' ideological work, and seek to break the current work dilemma of new ideas.
