目的：：探讨硝普钠治疗重症手足口病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法：对30例重症手足口病合并高血压患儿,均采用抗病毒、静脉用丙种球蛋白、甲基泼尼松龙、甘露醇、甘油果糖等综合治疗。在此基础上加用硝普钠静脉滴注,起始剂量为0.5μg·kg-1·min-1,严密监测血压,调整硝普钠剂量,观察治疗1 h、24 h后相关指标变化。结果：应用硝普钠治疗1 h和24 h后患儿高血压均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)。结论：硝普钠治疗伴有高血压的重症手足口病患儿,血压控制稳定,安全性好,临床疗效显著。
目的：：探討硝普鈉治療重癥手足口病閤併高血壓的臨床療效。方法：對30例重癥手足口病閤併高血壓患兒,均採用抗病毒、靜脈用丙種毬蛋白、甲基潑尼鬆龍、甘露醇、甘油果糖等綜閤治療。在此基礎上加用硝普鈉靜脈滴註,起始劑量為0.5μg·kg-1·min-1,嚴密鑑測血壓,調整硝普鈉劑量,觀察治療1 h、24 h後相關指標變化。結果：應用硝普鈉治療1 h和24 h後患兒高血壓均較治療前顯著下降(P<0.01)。結論：硝普鈉治療伴有高血壓的重癥手足口病患兒,血壓控製穩定,安全性好,臨床療效顯著。
목적：：탐토초보납치료중증수족구병합병고혈압적림상료효。방법：대30례중증수족구병합병고혈압환인,균채용항병독、정맥용병충구단백、갑기발니송룡、감로순、감유과당등종합치료。재차기출상가용초보납정맥적주,기시제량위0.5μg·kg-1·min-1,엄밀감측혈압,조정초보납제량,관찰치료1 h、24 h후상관지표변화。결과：응용초보납치료1 h화24 h후환인고혈압균교치료전현저하강(P<0.01)。결론：초보납치료반유고혈압적중증수족구병환인,혈압공제은정,안전성호,림상료효현저。
Objective:To explore the effects of sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of severe hand,foot and mouth disease( HFMD) complicated with hypertension. Methods:Thirty children with severe HFMD complicated with hypertension were treated with anti-virus, intravenous gamma globulin, methylprednisolone, mannitol and glycerol fructose. The sodium nitroprusside was additional used in all cases,the starting dose of which was 0. 5 μg·kg-1 ·min-1. The dose of sodium nitroprusside was adjusted according to the blood pressure. The index changes were observed after 1 hour and 24 hours of treatment. Results:Compared before treatment,the hypertension in all cases after 1 hour and 24 hours of treatment were obviously decreased(P <0. 01). Conclusions:Sodium nitroprusside can stabilize the blood pressure of the children with HFMD complicated with hypertension,which is effective and safe.
