目的::探讨甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)组织中β-连环素(β-catenin)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-C的表达相关性及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测70例PTC和40例正常甲状腺组织中β-catenin、VEGF-C的表达。结果:70例PTC组织中β-catenin异位表达率70.00%、VEGF-C阳性率75.71%,而正常甲状腺组织中β-catenin 无异位表达;VEGF-C阳性率为15.00%。 PTC的β-catenin异位表达率和VEGF-C阳性率均显著高于正常甲状腺组织(P<0.01),并且有淋巴结转移的PTC组织中β-catenin异位表达率和VEGF-C阳性率亦均显著高于无淋巴结转移的PTC组织(P<0.01)。 PTC组织中β-catenin异位表达与VEGF-C表达呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:β-catenin和VEGF-C可能在PTC的淋巴管生成过程中起着重要作用。

목적::탐토갑상선유두상암(PTC)조직중β-련배소(β-catenin)여혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)-C적표체상관성급기의의。방법:채용면역조직화학방법검측70례PTC화40례정상갑상선조직중β-catenin、VEGF-C적표체。결과:70례PTC조직중β-catenin이위표체솔70.00%、VEGF-C양성솔75.71%,이정상갑상선조직중β-catenin 무이위표체;VEGF-C양성솔위15.00%。 PTC적β-catenin이위표체솔화VEGF-C양성솔균현저고우정상갑상선조직(P<0.01),병차유림파결전이적PTC조직중β-catenin이위표체솔화VEGF-C양성솔역균현저고우무림파결전이적PTC조직(P<0.01)。 PTC조직중β-catenin이위표체여VEGF-C표체정현저정상관관계(P<0.01)。결론:β-catenin화VEGF-C가능재PTC적림파관생성과정중기착중요작용。
Objective:To investigate the expression of β-catenin and vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) and to analyze their clinical significance. Methods:The expression of β-catenin and VEGF-C in 70 PTC fissues and 40 normal thyroid tissues were detected by using immunohistochemistry method. Results:The ectopic expression ofβ-catenin and the positive expression of VEGF-C in PTC fissues were 70. 00% and 75. 71%,respectively;the ectopic expression ofβ-catenin and the positive expression f VEGF-C in normal thyroid tissues were 0 and 15. 00%,respectively. The ectopic expression ofβ-catenin and the positive expression of VEGF-C were significantly higher in tumor tissues than in normal thyroid tissues(P<0. 01);the ectopic expression of β-catenin and the positive expression of VEGF-C were significantly higher in metastatic tumors than in non-metastatic tumors(P<0. 01);The ectopic expression ofβ-catenin was positively correlated with the expression of VEGF-C(P<0. 01). Conclusions:β-catenin and VEGF-C in PTC may play an important role in the lymphangiogenesis of PTC.
