目的：：探讨大鼠脑出血( ICH)后脑组织中配对免疫球蛋白样受体B( PirB)的动态变化。方法：将大鼠分为实验组和对照组，在脑立体定向仪下采用自体动脉血注入尾状核法制备ICH模型。用RT-PCR及Western blot法检测大鼠脑组织PirB的表达。结果：实验组大鼠脑组织PirB表达较对照组明显上调(P<0.01)。结论：PirB参与了大鼠ICH后病灶周围神经元凋亡过程，可能与神经再生和功能恢复的抑制作用有关。
目的：：探討大鼠腦齣血( ICH)後腦組織中配對免疫毬蛋白樣受體B( PirB)的動態變化。方法：將大鼠分為實驗組和對照組，在腦立體定嚮儀下採用自體動脈血註入尾狀覈法製備ICH模型。用RT-PCR及Western blot法檢測大鼠腦組織PirB的錶達。結果：實驗組大鼠腦組織PirB錶達較對照組明顯上調(P<0.01)。結論：PirB參與瞭大鼠ICH後病竈週圍神經元凋亡過程，可能與神經再生和功能恢複的抑製作用有關。
목적：：탐토대서뇌출혈( ICH)후뇌조직중배대면역구단백양수체B( PirB)적동태변화。방법：장대서분위실험조화대조조，재뇌입체정향의하채용자체동맥혈주입미상핵법제비ICH모형。용RT-PCR급Western blot법검측대서뇌조직PirB적표체。결과：실험조대서뇌조직PirB표체교대조조명현상조(P<0.01)。결론：PirB삼여료대서ICH후병조주위신경원조망과정，가능여신경재생화공능회복적억제작용유관。
Objective:To investigate the expression of paired immunoglobulin-like receptor-B(PirB) in intracerebral haemorrhage ( ICH) tissue of rat. Methods:The rats were randomly divided into the experimantal group and control group. The ICH rat model was established by injecting itself artery blood under brain stereotaxic appartatus. The PirB expressions in rat brain were detected using RT-PCR and Western blot. Results:Comparated with the control group, the PirB levels in the experimental group increased significantly (P<0. 01). Conclusions:The PirB is concerned with the apoptosis process of the neuron in ICH tissue,which maybe be related to the nerve regeneration and inhibition of functional recovery.
