目的：探讨综合护理对产褥期母婴住院期间健康状况的影响。方法选取134名产妇接受综合护理,为综合护理组；167名产妇接受常规护理,为常规护理组。对比两组产妇和新生儿健康状况,同时使用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对产妇进行心理测评,对比不同护理服务对产妇心理干预的影响。结果综合护理组的产妇并发症为23.13%,低于常规护理组的40.12%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.768,P<0.01)；新生儿并发症的发生率综合护理组为31.35%,低于常规护理组的49.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.318,P<0.01)；两组产妇入院时心理测评差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时综合护理组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表得分分别为(40.01±2.33),(43.17±1.93)分,均优于常规护理组的(47.31±4.33),(51.63±2.49)分,差异有统计学意义(t 值分别为8.093,5.681；P <0.01)。结论综合护理能减少产妇与新生儿并发症,心理护理能明显改善患者心理状况,是较好的产科护理模式。

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing care on the maternal and neonatal health status ofpuerperal period. Methods 134 cases of maternal accepted comprehensive care which called comprehensive care group; 167 cases received the routine nursing care which called the routine care group. The maternal and neonatal health status of the two groups was compared, and using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale ( SDS) to evaluate psychological situation of the mothers. The psychological situation was compared. Results The incidence of maternal complications of comprehensive nursing group was 23. 13%, which was significantly lower than 40. 12% of the routine care group (χ2 =9. 768, P<0. 01). The incidence of neonatal complications of comprehensive nursing group was 31. 35%, which was significantly lower than49. 71% of the routine care group (χ2 =10. 318,P<0. 01). There was no difference in psychological evaluation of the two groups before hospital. The score of SAS and SDS of the comprehensive nursing group were (40. 01 ± 2. 33) and (43. 17 ± 1. 93), which were significantly lower than(47. 31 ± 4. 33) and (51. 63 ± 2. 49) of the routine care group (t=8. 093,5. 681;P<0. 01). Conclusions The comprehensive nursing can reduce maternal and neonatal complications, and can obviously improve the psychological status of patients, which make the comprehensive nursing care a better obstetric nursing mode.
