[目的]探讨腹腔镜下肝癌切除手术的护理配合要点。[方法]总结34例腹腔镜下肝癌切除手术病人的配合要点,包括术前访视,对病人进行心理护理、熟悉病情和了解肿瘤生长情况,完善手术器械、物品准备；术中巡回护士摆放体位、建立静脉通路、合理使用多种手术仪器；器械护士熟悉手术进程,严格执行无菌无瘤技术操作。[结果]34例手术病人手术时间40 min~130 min,平均65 min；术中失血50 mL~1800 mL,平均200 mL。手术过程顺利,术后愈合良好。[结论]腹腔镜下肝癌切除手术极易出血,故手术过程紧张,良好的护理配合是手术顺利进行的重要保证。

[목적]탐토복강경하간암절제수술적호리배합요점。[방법]총결34례복강경하간암절제수술병인적배합요점,포괄술전방시,대병인진행심리호리、숙실병정화료해종류생장정황,완선수술기계、물품준비；술중순회호사파방체위、건립정맥통로、합리사용다충수술의기；기계호사숙실수술진정,엄격집행무균무류기술조작。[결과]34례수술병인수술시간40 min~130 min,평균65 min；술중실혈50 mL~1800 mL,평균200 mL。수술과정순리,술후유합량호。[결론]복강경하간암절제수술겁역출혈,고수술과정긴장,량호적호리배합시수술순리진행적중요보증。
Objective:To probe into the main nursing coordination point of laparoscopic liver resection.Methods:To summarize the intraoperative coordination point of 34 patients with primary liver cancer undergoing laparo-scopic hepatectomy,including preoperative visit,the psychological care for patients,familiar with the disease and tumor growth,improving surgical instruments and material preparation;traveling nurses placing position,estab-lishing the intravenous access,rational use of a variety of surgical instruments;equipment nurses familiar with operation process,strictly carrying out the sterile tumor free technical operations.Results:34 cases of patients undergoing surgery time for 40 min~ 130 min,an average of 65 min;intraoperative blood loss 50 mL~ 1 800 mL,an average of 200 mL.Surgery went smoothly and postoperative healing was well.Conclusion:Laparoscopic liver resection is easily bleeding,so the procedure is nervous.The good nursing coordination is an important fac-tor in the smooth operation.
