新疆自古就是多宗教、多民族、多文化并存的地区,目前,新疆各中职学校学生民族构成成分较多,民族学生也占有相当的比重。不同民族学生之间在学习、生活中因各自民族文化传统、风俗习惯不同,难免会发生一些误解、矛盾与纠纷。因此,加强民族团结教育,培养具有维护民族团结精神和具有高素质、高技术、高技能的人才就是各中职学校面临的一项主要任务。笔者以新疆司法警官学校为例,深入调研,对我校开展的民族团结教育经验与方法进行归纳与梳理,希望对其他中职学校未来开展民族团结教育提供一些借鉴与参考。
新疆自古就是多宗教、多民族、多文化併存的地區,目前,新疆各中職學校學生民族構成成分較多,民族學生也佔有相噹的比重。不同民族學生之間在學習、生活中因各自民族文化傳統、風俗習慣不同,難免會髮生一些誤解、矛盾與糾紛。因此,加彊民族糰結教育,培養具有維護民族糰結精神和具有高素質、高技術、高技能的人纔就是各中職學校麵臨的一項主要任務。筆者以新疆司法警官學校為例,深入調研,對我校開展的民族糰結教育經驗與方法進行歸納與梳理,希望對其他中職學校未來開展民族糰結教育提供一些藉鑒與參攷。

Xinjiang since ancient times is more religious, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural coexistence region, at present, the secondary vocational school in Xinjiang, the very many national students. Between different nationality students in learning and life because of their respective national cultural traditions, customs and habits are different, hard to avoid some misunderstandings, contradictions and disputes. Therefore, strengthening the national unity education, cultivate with maintaining national unity and has a high quality, high technology, high skill talented person, is the major task secondary vocational school is facing. Based on the judicial police officer school in Xinjiang as an example, conducted by the national unity of our school education, summarized the experience and methods, hope to provide some reference and reference for other secondary vocational schools to carry out the national unity education.
