通过对甜菜根腐病生防菌株克雷伯氏菌ASP-15抗菌物质进行初步分析,分别对多糖、核酸、蛋白进行提取,采取抑菌试验选出抑菌能力最强的物质。发现抑菌能力最强的物质是蛋白,在pH8.0时活性最高,而在强酸和强碱的环境中活性有所下降,对温度、紫外线照射、蛋白酶不敏感。说明蛋白是生防菌株ASP-15抑菌活性物质,抗菌粗蛋白具有较强的酸碱、紫外线和酶的稳定性。

This paper made research on beet root rot biocontrol strain Klebsiella ASP-15 antimicrobial substances. Polysaccharides, nucleic acids, proteins were extracted, the strongest antibacterial substances were selected through inhibition test. Strongest antibacterial substance is a protein, the highest activity at pH8.0, while in acid and alkali environment decreased activity, temperature, ultraviolet radiation, protease sensitive. Protein is biocontrol ASP-15 antibacterial substances, anti-bacterial crude protein has a strong pH stability, UV and enzymes.
