在东北农业大学连作16年的大豆试验田中,分离筛选获得15株菌株作为研究对象,确定不同菌株对线虫胞囊的浸染效果,以及不同菌株发酵液及浸出液在不同处理时间内对大豆胞囊线虫二龄幼虫的抑制作用,评价不同菌株对大豆胞囊线虫的防治效果,最后确定生防效果较好的菌株。结果表明,与对照相比,有4个菌株对胞囊线虫的抑制作用有明显差异,其中1株对胞囊线虫的致死作用强烈。

The research isolated 15 strains as the objects from the s oybean experimental fields of Northeast Agricultural University, which lasted for 16 years' cropping soybean. The sutdy is to determine different strains' infection effect to nematode cyst and inhibition of fermentation broth and lixivium of different strains to juvenile in different processing time. The ultimate object is to analyze and assess the bio-control effect of different strains to Soybean Cyst Nematode and finally to make sure the strains with better bio-control effects. The results showed that by way of contrast there were obvious differences in inhibition of four strains to Cyst Nematode. It found out that one of four strains had very strong lethal effect to Cyst Nematode.
