化学-生物固沙是一种有效固沙技术。试验以450、600、750 kg/hm2固沙剂和未喷施固沙剂喷施为研究处理,通过生物多样性分析,探讨了在不同处理下沙地物种多样性。结果表明:应用固沙剂后猪毛菜、雾滨藜优势度降低,油蒿、虫实、沙米、柠条、杨柴优势度得到提高;重要值则随着优势度增加而增加,降低而降低;固沙剂各处理较对照群落高度、盖度、生物量均有提高,表明应用固沙剂后对群落的生长具有促进作用,以600 kg/hm2处理最好。1年生植物物种占优势的群落中,植物多样性多由非优势种决定,密度大的群落不一定具有较高的生产力。

화학-생물고사시일충유효고사기술。시험이450、600、750 kg/hm2고사제화미분시고사제분시위연구처리,통과생물다양성분석,탐토료재불동처리하사지물충다양성。결과표명:응용고사제후저모채、무빈려우세도강저,유호、충실、사미、저조、양시우세도득도제고;중요치칙수착우세도증가이증가,강저이강저;고사제각처리교대조군락고도、개도、생물량균유제고,표명응용고사제후대군락적생장구유촉진작용,이600 kg/hm2처리최호。1년생식물물충점우세적군락중,식물다양성다유비우세충결정,밀도대적군락불일정구유교고적생산력。
The chemical and biological sand fixation is an effective technology for sand fixation. A test was made with 3 treatments, namely, spraying 450 kg/hm2, 600 kg/hm2 and 750 kg/hm2 of sand fixing agent respectively and with no spraying as the control and the diversity of the sandy land species under different treatments was explored by the analysis of biologi-cal diversity. The results showed that after spraying the sand fixing agent, the dominances of Pall. And decreased and the dominances of , , Kom and Turez increased. The importance values increased or decreased along with the increase or decrease of the dominances. The community heights, coverages and biomasses of various treatments all increased compared with the control. It showed that the application of the sand fixing agent played a role in promoting the growth of the community and the effect was the best with the treatment of 600 kg/hm2. In the community dominated by 1 year old plant species, the plant diversity was determined by the non dominant species. The high density community had not necessarily a high productivity.
