Through physical and chemical mutagenesis of Trichoderma longbrachitum M1, a high cellulase producing strain C9 was obtained. This strain was able to perform solid-state fermentation on the beer spent grains as the main raw material, and CMC activity was 90%higher than that of the parent strain.
