目的：探讨慢性化脓性中耳炎手术中患者听力受损的高危因素。方法回顾性分析150例慢性化脓性中耳炎手术患者的临床资料，对其中因手术中操作造成的听力受损患者进行危险因素分析。结果150例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者手术中听力受损者17例，发生率为11．33％，其中锤骨柄、手术时间、咽鼓管功能、电钻噪声、后鼓室胆脂瘤、迷路瘘管、耳硬化症是慢性化脓性中耳炎手术中患者听力受损的危险因素，也是独立危险因素（P＜0．05）。结论慢性化脓性中耳炎手术中听力受损相关因素较为复杂，在临床上要加强防范。
목적：탐토만성화농성중이염수술중환자은력수손적고위인소。방법회고성분석150례만성화농성중이염수술환자적림상자료，대기중인수술중조작조성적은력수손환자진행위험인소분석。결과150례만성화농성중이염환자수술중은력수손자17례，발생솔위11．33％，기중추골병、수술시간、인고관공능、전찬조성、후고실담지류、미로루관、이경화증시만성화농성중이염수술중환자은력수손적위험인소，야시독립위험인소（P＜0．05）。결론만성화농성중이염수술중은력수손상관인소교위복잡，재림상상요가강방범。
Objective To investigate the risk factors of intraoperative hearing impaired in patients with chronic otitis media . Methods 150 cases of chronic otitis media surgery were retrospectively analyzed on the risk factors of intraoperative hearing im‐paired .Results Among the 150 cases of patients with chronic otitis media ,there were 17 cases hearing impaired during the surger‐y ,and the incidence rate was 11 .33% .The malleus handle ,operative time ,pharynx tympanic membrane function ,drill noise ,chol‐esteatoma after getting lost fistula ,otosclerosis were the risk factors caused hearing impaired ,and they were independent risk fac‐tors (P<0 .05) .Conclusion There are complex factors related with hearing impaired during chronic otitis media surgery ,and clinic should pay attention to it .
