目的：探讨髂胫束（Iliotibial Band，ITB）及其膝关节附着处急性损伤的MRI诊断价值。方法回顾性分析15例临床随访证实的髂胫束及其膝关节附着处急性损伤的MRI资料。结果 ITB撕裂8例， ITB关节囊附着处纤维束撕裂2例，同时累及ITB束带及关节囊附着处纤维束撕裂5例。结论 MRI易于较为准确评价髂胫束及其膝关节附着处急性损伤。
목적：탐토가경속（Iliotibial Band，ITB）급기슬관절부착처급성손상적MRI진단개치。방법회고성분석15례림상수방증실적가경속급기슬관절부착처급성손상적MRI자료。결과 ITB시렬8례， ITB관절낭부착처섬유속시렬2례，동시루급ITB속대급관절낭부착처섬유속시렬5례。결론 MRI역우교위준학평개가경속급기슬관절부착처급성손상。
Objective To study the MRI manifestations of Iliotibial band(ITB) and its attachment to knee joint in acute injuries.Methods A retrospective analysis of MRI data of 15 persons with the acute injuries of ITB and its attachment to knee joint.Results ITB rupture in 8 cases, the attachment to knee joint of the ITB rupture in 2 cases, the rupture involved the ITB strap and its attachment to knee joint in 5 cases.Conclusions MRI can accurately evaluate the acute injuries of the ITB and its attachment to knee.
