目的：探究去金属伪影序列对胸腰椎体金属植入患者磁共振影像的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2015年1月期间我院接受治疗的25例胸腰椎(腰椎、胸椎)金属植入物患者，对所有患者进行胸腰椎磁共振常规序列和去金属伪影序列扫描，并使用配对t检验对两种序列检查的扫描时间和图像质量评分进行分析和比较。结果去金属伪影序列图像上金属植入物的周边软组织信号丢失减轻，且常规序列的图像模糊和变形情况较去金属伪影序列图像严重。常规序列图像质量评分为(3.56±0.53)分，去金属伪影序列图像质量评分为(4.22±0.67)分，比较两组间差异统计学具有意义(p＜0.05)。腰椎金属伪影序列检查时间为11min53s，常规序列检查时间为9min16s，比较两组间差异统计学具有意义(p＜0.05)。胸椎去金属伪影序列检查的时间为12min45s，常规序列检查时间为8min16s，比较两组间差异统计学具有意义(p＜0.05)。结论去金属伪影序列检查技术能够显著改善图像的质量，并减轻金属植入物的磁共振伪影，对金属植入物患者的脊柱磁共振影响有十分重要的意义。
목적：탐구거금속위영서렬대흉요추체금속식입환자자공진영상적영향。방법선취2014년1월-2015년1월기간아원접수치료적25례흉요추(요추、흉추)금속식입물환자，대소유환자진행흉요추자공진상규서렬화거금속위영서렬소묘，병사용배대t검험대량충서렬검사적소묘시간화도상질량평분진행분석화비교。결과거금속위영서렬도상상금속식입물적주변연조직신호주실감경，차상규서렬적도상모호화변형정황교거금속위영서렬도상엄중。상규서렬도상질량평분위(3.56±0.53)분，거금속위영서렬도상질량평분위(4.22±0.67)분，비교량조간차이통계학구유의의(p＜0.05)。요추금속위영서렬검사시간위11min53s，상규서렬검사시간위9min16s，비교량조간차이통계학구유의의(p＜0.05)。흉추거금속위영서렬검사적시간위12min45s，상규서렬검사시간위8min16s，비교량조간차이통계학구유의의(p＜0.05)。결론거금속위영서렬검사기술능구현저개선도상적질량，병감경금속식입물적자공진위영，대금속식입물환자적척주자공진영향유십분중요적의의。
Objective To explore to metal artifacts sequence thoracic vertebrae in patients with metal implants affect magnetic resonance images.Methods January 2014 -2015 period January hospital treated 25 cases of thoracolumbar spine (lumbar, thoracic) in patients with metallic implants, all patients with thoracolumbar conventional MRI sequences and go metal artifact scanning sequence, and using paired t test for two sequences check scanning time and image quality scores were analyzed and compared. Thoracic metal artifacts sequence to check the time for 12min45s, conventional sequence check time for 8min16s, compare the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion To metal artifacts sequence checking technology can significantly improve image quality and reduce artifacts MRI metal implants, metal implants in patients with spinal MRI has a very significant impact.
