高校学生体质健康水平的高低很大程度上取决于高校体育工作开展的重视程度。通过掌握高校体育开展的现状，并以学生体质健康为核心，提出高校体育“以人为本”、加大自省力度，保障学生体育锻炼条件以吸引学生进行体育锻炼、实施健康教育等是促进高校体育良好发展的有力措施。

It is suggested that the college should follow the principle of center around the human being and ensure the physical exercise condition of students in order to attract more students to participate in physical exercise,and put the health education into practice, there are great measures to promote the development of college sports.
