Magnetic Resonance%Knee Osteoarthritis%SNR%CNR
目的:通过比较膝关节骨髓信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR),探讨3.0T磁共振常规T1加权像(T1-sag)、三维容积内插快速扰相序列(T1-vibe)、质子密度加权像(PD-sag)和常规T2加权脂肪抑制像(T2-fs-sag)4种扫描序列对膝关节骨髓损伤成像的相对最佳序列。方法选取我院2014年1月至2014年6月行膝骨关节骨髓磁共振检查膝骨关节炎患者36例,均行T1-sag、T1-vibe、PD-sag和T2-fs-sag扫描。结果采用T1-sag、T1-vibe、PD-sag和T2-fs-sag序列扫描时,膝骨关节骨髓SNR分别为111.82±61.39、14.53±4.73、77.57±39.98和189.44±89.98;CNR分别为194.27±92.43、14.08±15.39、79.23±40.29和153.29±81.40;采用T2-fs-sag扫描时的SNR最高,其次为T1-sag序列、PD-sag序列,T1-vibe序列扫描时的SNR最低;采用T1-sag扫描时的CNR最高,其次为T2-fs-sag序列、PD-sag序列,T1-vibe序列扫描时的CNR最低。结论 MR序列膝关节骨髓成像可为临床提供关节骨髓病变信息,T2-fs-sag和T1-sag序列是显示膝关节骨髓损伤的优秀序列。

목적:통과비교슬관절골수신조비(SNR)화대비조성비(CNR),탐토3.0T자공진상규T1가권상(T1-sag)、삼유용적내삽쾌속우상서렬(T1-vibe)、질자밀도가권상(PD-sag)화상규T2가권지방억제상(T2-fs-sag)4충소묘서렬대슬관절골수손상성상적상대최가서렬。방법선취아원2014년1월지2014년6월행슬골관절골수자공진검사슬골관절염환자36례,균행T1-sag、T1-vibe、PD-sag화T2-fs-sag소묘。결과채용T1-sag、T1-vibe、PD-sag화T2-fs-sag서렬소묘시,슬골관절골수SNR분별위111.82±61.39、14.53±4.73、77.57±39.98화189.44±89.98;CNR분별위194.27±92.43、14.08±15.39、79.23±40.29화153.29±81.40;채용T2-fs-sag소묘시적SNR최고,기차위T1-sag서렬、PD-sag서렬,T1-vibe서렬소묘시적SNR최저;채용T1-sag소묘시적CNR최고,기차위T2-fs-sag서렬、PD-sag서렬,T1-vibe서렬소묘시적CNR최저。결론 MR서렬슬관절골수성상가위림상제공관절골수병변신식,T2-fs-sag화T1-sag서렬시현시슬관절골수손상적우수서렬。
Objective To compare SNR and CNR of bone marrow changes of knee osteoarthritis between four sequences, such as T1-sag, T1-vibe, PD-sag and T2-fs-sag, so as to find out the optimal sequence to diagnose the disease.Methods 36 patients suffering knee osteoarthritis were selected to perform T1-sag, T1-vibe, PD-sag and T2-fs-sag scanning between January to June, 2014 in our hospital.Results The values of SNR were 111.82±61.39, 14.53±4.73, 77.57±39.98 and 189.44±89.98 respectively, when scanned by T1-sag, T1-vibe, PD-sag and T2-fs-sag sequences. And the values of CNR were 194.27±92.43, 14.08±15.39, 79.23±40.29 and 153.29±81.40 respectively. The value of SNR was highest when scanned by T2-fs-sag, and then followed by T1-sag, PD-sag and T1-vibe. The value of CNR was highest when scanned by T1-sag, and then followed by T2-fs-sag, PD-sag and T1-vibe.Conclusion MR sequences imaging could offer information of bone marrow changes of knee osteoarthritis, and T2-fs-sag and T1-sag might be the relative optimal sequences to diagnose the disease.
