目的：探讨多层螺旋CT对肾集合管癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实的肾集合管癌的多层螺旋CT表现并文献复习。结果5例肾集合管癌均为单侧病变，多层螺旋CT平扫均表现为肾脏轮廓基本正常，肾实质内大范围低密度病变，边界不清，密度不均匀，其中2例囊实性改变，增强扫描实性部分有轻中度延迟强化。结论肾集合管癌的多层螺旋CT表现较具特征性，有利于术前正确诊断，从而指导临床治疗方案的制订，减少不必要的治疗误区。
목적：탐토다층라선CT대신집합관암적진단개치。방법회고성분석5례경수술병리증실적신집합관암적다층라선CT표현병문헌복습。결과5례신집합관암균위단측병변，다층라선CT평소균표현위신장륜곽기본정상，신실질내대범위저밀도병변，변계불청，밀도불균균，기중2례낭실성개변，증강소묘실성부분유경중도연지강화。결론신집합관암적다층라선CT표현교구특정성，유리우술전정학진단，종이지도림상치료방안적제정，감소불필요적치료오구。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic performance of multislice spiral CT in renal collecting duct carcinoma(CDC).Methods The multi-slice spiral CT findings in 5 patients with pathologically-proved CDC were retrospectively analyzed, and the literature was reviewed.Results All of 5 cases were unilateral diffuse and ill-defined lesion, and the renal contour were basically normal. Two tumors were cystic-solid change, and the solid lesion showed mild delayed enhancement on contrast-enhanced CT.Conclusion The multi-slice spiral CT findings of renal collecting duct carcinoma may benefit the definite diagnosis before operation and guide the scheme of clinical surgery which may help reduce unnecessary treatment.
