[目的]建立电感耦合等离子发射光谱(inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry, ICP-OES)测定蝉蜕中20种微量元素含量的方法,并且分析不同品种蝉蜕微量元素含量特征、差异。[方法]采用微波消解法预处理蝉蜕后,ICP-OES法测定样品中的微量元素含量;利用主成分分析和聚类分析对测得结果进行分析。[结果]各种元素在其线性范围内线性关系良好,r在0.9992~1.0000之间,平均回收率在96.86%~109.60%之间,RSD<6%(n=6),符合微量分析要求。7种蝉蜕样品中含量较高的元素有Al、Fe、K、Mg,特征微量元素为Al、As、Ga、In、Mg、Tl;不同种类蝉蜕间亲缘关系与微量元素含量差异之间具有一定的相关性。[结论] ICP-OES法测定蝉蜕微量元素含量及对其分析结果可用于蝉蜕药材的质量控制、资源开发研究。

Objective] To establish methods for determination of 20 kinds of trace elements content in Perioatracum Cicadae using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) and analyse differences and feature of trace elements content in different varities of Perioatracum Cicadae. [Method] After digestion of Perioatracum Cicadae by microwave, using ICP-OES technology and analyzing trace elements in Perioatracum Cicadae, the experimental data are used for principal component analysis and cluster analysis. [Result] Linear of various elements in its linear range is good, r between 0.9992~1.000, the average recovery rate between 96.86%~109.60%,RSD<6%(n=6),in line with the requirements of trace analysis. It concludes that seven kinds of samples obtained in Perioatracum Cicadae have a higher content of elements Al, Fe, K, Mg; At the same time, the main component analysis results of the trace element are characterized as Al, As, Ga, In, Mg, Tl; Cluster analysis of genetic will be preliminary speculation of relationship among these seven kinds of Perioatracum Cicadae. [Conclusion] The result can be used for medicinal Perioatracum Cicadae resource development, quality control, and in-depth study to provide reference.
