[目的]探究清代《竹林女科证治》在“痰湿体质”月经诸病病机特点、用药心得等方面的学术经验与理论价值。[方法]以历史学、文献学之研究方法，搜集《竹林女科证治》中所有论因“痰”导致月经不调的文章，探析其对“痰湿体质”月经病的贡献。[结果]《竹林女科证治》中阐述了“痰湿体质”月经病独特的致病机理，其重视体质论及后天之本，认为气机郁滞是“痰湿体质”月经病致病之关键因素；临证虚实分治月经病，处方灵活，善于变通，常以二陈汤为基础方，辨证加减治疗各种痰湿体质月经病。用药巧选地骨皮治疗各种痰热型月经病。同时，其重视方剂中药物炮制，以增强临床疗效。[结论]《竹林女科证治》是一部颇有影响的临床实用妇科专著，在阐述痰湿体质与月经病的形成机理及治疗等方面多有卓见，为后世医家论治月经病提供了坚实的理论支撑。
