目的：探讨 ACEI／ARB 治疗对高血压伴心房颤动（ AF ）患者血清 hs－CRP 的影响及其临床意义。方法：以高血压并 AF 的85例患者为房颤组，高血压、窦性心律的54例患者为窦律组，按是否接受 ACEI／ARB治疗分成窦律非治疗组26例、窦律治疗组28例、房颤非治疗组42例和房颤治疗组43例，比较各组血清 hs－CRP。结果：房颤非治疗组血清hs－CRP显著高于窦律非治疗组（P ＜0．05）；窦律组内血清hs－CRP差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；房颤治疗组血清hs－CRP 明显低于房颤非治疗组（P ＜0．05）。结论：高血压伴房颤患者血清 hs－CRP升高，ACEI／ARB治疗可降低其hs－CRP 水平。
목적：탐토 ACEI／ARB 치료대고혈압반심방전동（ AF ）환자혈청 hs－CRP 적영향급기림상의의。방법：이고혈압병 AF 적85례환자위방전조，고혈압、두성심률적54례환자위두률조，안시부접수 ACEI／ARB치료분성두률비치료조26례、두률치료조28례、방전비치료조42례화방전치료조43례，비교각조혈청 hs－CRP。결과：방전비치료조혈청hs－CRP현저고우두률비치료조（P ＜0．05）；두률조내혈청hs－CRP차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）；방전치료조혈청hs－CRP 명현저우방전비치료조（P ＜0．05）。결론：고혈압반방전환자혈청 hs－CRP승고，ACEI／ARB치료가강저기hs－CRP 수평。
Objective:To explore the effect of ACEI/ARB for patients with hypertension complicated with atrial fibrillation (AF) on level of serum hs-CRP and its clinical significance. Methods: 85 patients with hypertension complicated with AF were classified as AF group, 54 patients with hypertension and sinus rhythm (SR) were classified as SR group,and both divided into SR without ACEI/ARB treatment group (n=26)and SR with ACEI/ARB treatment group(n=28), AF without ACEI/ARB treatment group(n=42) and AF with ACEI/ARB treatment group(n=43) according to with or without ACEI/ARB therapy. The levels of serum hs-CRP were compared among the three groups. Results: The level of serum hs-CRP in AF without ACEI/ARB treatment group was significantly higher than that in the SR without ACEI/ARB treatment group (P < 0.05),there was no significantly different between with and without ACEI/ARB treatment group (P > 0.05). The level of serum hs-CRP in AF with ACEI/ARB treatment group was significantly lower than that in the AF without ACEI/ARB treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The serum hs-CRP increases in patients with hypertension complicated with AF,and it may reduce after ACEI/ARB treatment.
