目的:研究宫颈活细胞染色技术在临床宫颈病变诊断中的价值,为临床应用提供参考。方法:选取门诊和住院的宫颈病变患者280例,所有患者均行宫颈活细胞染色技术检查和液基细胞制片检查,记录检查结果,对比分析。结果:280例患者中,经宫颈特殊染色技术诊断后,无病变者142例(50.71%)炎症和CIN193例(33.21%)、CIN2、CIN345例(16.07%)与液基结果炎症139例(49.64%),CIN194例(33.57%),CIN2、CIN347例(16.79%)相仿(P>0.05)。结论:宫颈活细胞染色技术与液基细胞学诊断技术的宫颈疾病诊断结果基本一致,但前者操作简便、结果快速、成本低廉,可以作为宫颈病变分流筛查的手段,值得临床推广使用。

목적:연구궁경활세포염색기술재림상궁경병변진단중적개치,위림상응용제공삼고。방법:선취문진화주원적궁경병변환자280례,소유환자균행궁경활세포염색기술검사화액기세포제편검사,기록검사결과,대비분석。결과:280례환자중,경궁경특수염색기술진단후,무병변자142례(50.71%)염증화CIN193례(33.21%)、CIN2、CIN345례(16.07%)여액기결과염증139례(49.64%),CIN194례(33.57%),CIN2、CIN347례(16.79%)상방(P>0.05)。결론:궁경활세포염색기술여액기세포학진단기술적궁경질병진단결과기본일치,단전자조작간편、결과쾌속、성본저렴,가이작위궁경병변분류사사적수단,치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To study the value of the cervix live cell staining techniques in the clinical diagnosis of cervical lesions, and provide reference for clinical application.Methods Outpatient cervical lesions and 280 cases of hospitalized patients, all patients underwent cervical live cell staining techniques examination and conventional " Liquid-based cytology " diagnostic techniques, record test results, comparative analysis.Results Of 280 cases of patients after diagnosis of cervical special staining techniques, no lesions were 142 cases (50.71%) inflammation and CIN193 cases (33.21%), CIN2, CIN3 45 cases (16.07%) and liquid-based results of 139 cases of inflammation (49.64%), CIN1 94 (33.57%), CIN2, CIN3 47 cases (16.79%) is similar (P> 0.05).Conclusion Live cell staining with cervical cytology cervical disease diagnosis techniques are basically the same, but the former is easy to operate, the results of rapid, low cost, can be used as a means of screening for cervical lesions shunt, worthy of clinical use.
