目的：探讨人性化护理干预对小儿变异性哮喘的护理效果。方法选取2013年10月～2014年10月于我院就诊的小儿变异性哮喘患儿共56例，将患儿随机分为两组，对照组给予常规护理干预；观察组在对照组基础上，采用人性化护理干预。比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果观察组患儿住院时间为（7.5±2.8）d，低于对照组，且其护理满意度为（94.8±3.5）分，较对照组高，组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论对小儿变异性哮喘进行常规护理的基础上应用人性化护理干预，可有效提高护理质量，促进患者康复。

목적：탐토인성화호리간예대소인변이성효천적호리효과。방법선취2013년10월～2014년10월우아원취진적소인변이성효천환인공56례，장환인수궤분위량조，대조조급여상규호리간예；관찰조재대조조기출상，채용인성화호리간예。비교량조환인적호리효과。결과관찰조환인주원시간위（7.5±2.8）d，저우대조조，차기호리만의도위（94.8±3.5）분，교대조조고，조간비교차이현저（P＜0.05）。결론대소인변이성효천진행상규호리적기출상응용인성화호리간예，가유효제고호리질량，촉진환자강복。
Objective To investigate the effect of humane care and nursing intervention for children with asthma variability.Methods Children with asthmatic children variability October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital a total of 56 cases, the children were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing intervention; in the control group on the basis of the observation group using humane nursing intervention. Comparison of the effect of the two groups of children with care.Results The duration of hospitalization of children in the observation group was (7.5 ± 2.8) d, nursing satisfaction (94.8 ± 3.5) points, were better. Signiifcant differences between the two groups (P<0.05), the presence of statistical significance.ConclusionOn the basis of humane nursing intervention to usual care on children with asthma variability, which can effectively improve the quality of care, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
