通过酸性水汽提装置停工检修期间，对其设备进行全面腐蚀检查，掌握设备腐蚀情况，并结合腐蚀产物能谱分析及垢样分析结果，全面分析了酸性水汽提装置的腐蚀原因和腐蚀机理。并根据分析结果从工艺、设备、管理等方面提出防腐建议。

The corrosion inspection, which can gain the corrosion situation of the equipment roundly, are carried out during the shutdown maintenance of sour water stripper unit. And by means of SEM, EDX and scale sample composition analysis results, a comprehensive analysis of the causes and mechanism of corrosion are grasped. Then according to the conclusion of analysis, some suggestions of anti-corrosion are presented in the aspect of technology, equipment, management and so on.
