目的：探究在对老年性脑梗死的患者实施优质护理服务后的护理效果以及临床价值。方法在我院自2012年1月～2014年12月收治的患有老年性脑梗死的患者中随机抽取30例患者，将其平均分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者在入院后，接受院方提供的常规护理服务，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上再行优质护理服务，对比两组患者的治疗效果以及护理满意度。结果两组患者在接受不同的护理模式服务后，观察组患者不论是在护理满意度还是在治疗效果上，均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在对老年性脑梗死的患者施以护理的过程中，再施以常规护理的基础上加行优质护理，可提高护理的满意度，改善护患之间的关系，同时提高患者的治疗效果。
목적：탐구재대노년성뇌경사적환자실시우질호리복무후적호리효과이급림상개치。방법재아원자2012년1월～2014년12월수치적환유노년성뇌경사적환자중수궤추취30례환자，장기평균분위관찰조여대조조。대조조환자재입원후，접수원방제공적상규호리복무，관찰조환자재상규호리적기출상재행우질호리복무，대비량조환자적치료효과이급호리만의도。결과량조환자재접수불동적호리모식복무후，관찰조환자불론시재호리만의도환시재치료효과상，균고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론재대노년성뇌경사적환자시이호리적과정중，재시이상규호리적기출상가행우질호리，가제고호리적만의도，개선호환지간적관계，동시제고환자적치료효과。
ObjectiveTo explore the high quality nursing care for senile cerebral infarction patients after nursing effect and clinical value. Methods In our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were randomly selected 30 in patients with senile cerebral infarction patients, the average can be divided into observation group and control group. Control group patients after admission, the hospital had provided for routine nursing care, observation group of patients on the basis of conventional nursing any high quality nursing service, contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction.ResultsTwo groups of patients in different service, nursing mode in observation group of patients in nursing satisfaction or on the treatment effect, were signiifcantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05).ConclusionIn patients of senile cerebral infarction with the process of nursing, and on the basis of the routine nursing was administered line of high quality nursing care, can signiifcantly improve nursing satisfaction, improve the relationship between nurses and patients, to improve the therapeutic effect of patients at the same time, recommend the clinical application.
