目的：对比评价疝环充填式及腹膜前间隙疝修补术在治疗腹股沟疝方面的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2013年1月至2014年8月收治的腹股沟疝患者185例，随机分为甲、乙两组，甲组患者采用疝环充填式治疗，乙组患者采用腹膜前间隙疝修补术，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：疝环充填式和腹膜前间隙疝修补术手术时间均较短，但组间比较来看，腹膜前间隙疝修补术患者术后并发症发生率为5.4%，显著低于乙组的11.95%，P<0.05，且甲组术后恢复更快，并发症发生率更低。结论：疝环充填式与腹膜前间隙疝修补术临床治疗效果均较满意，但腹膜前间隙疝修补术较疝环充填式修补术临床效果更优，可大大减轻患者痛苦，减少并发症发生。
목적：대비평개산배충전식급복막전간극산수보술재치료복고구산방면적림상료효。방법：선취아원2013년1월지2014년8월수치적복고구산환자185례，수궤분위갑、을량조，갑조환자채용산배충전식치료，을조환자채용복막전간극산수보술，대비량조환자적림상료효。결과：산배충전식화복막전간극산수보술수술시간균교단，단조간비교래간，복막전간극산수보술환자술후병발증발생솔위5.4%，현저저우을조적11.95%，P<0.05，차갑조술후회복경쾌，병발증발생솔경저。결론：산배충전식여복막전간극산수보술림상치료효과균교만의，단복막전간극산수보술교산배충전식수보술림상효과경우，가대대감경환자통고，감소병발증발생。
Objective To compare and evaluate the hernia ring filling the gap before the peritoneal hernia repair of inguinal hernia clinical efficacy in the treatment area.Methods185 cases of inguinal hernia patients in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were treated randomly divided into A, B two groups, Group A patients with hernia ring filling therapy, group B patients with pre-peritoneal space hernia repair surgery, comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.ResultsHernia ring filling and preperitoneal hernia repair operation time gaps are shorter, but between the two groups, the former retroperitoneal hernia repair in patients with postoperative complication rate was 5.4%, significantly lower than the 11.95 B %, P <0.05, and Group A postoperative recovery faster, lower complication rate.ConclusionThe hernia ring filling the gap with preperitoneal hernia repair clinical results were satisfactory, but the former than the retroperitoneal space hernia repair hernia ring filling better clinical results, which can greatly reduce the suffering of patients and reduce complications.
