镀锌板材料的研究与应用对于提升整车耐腐蚀性能具有重要的意义。本文通过循环腐蚀试验研究了SPC钢板、热镀纯锌镀锌板(GI)、热镀锌铁合金镀锌板(GA)、电镀锌钢板(EG)各类板材及电泳后的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明：板材经镀锌后，耐腐蚀性能提升；三种镀锌钢板中GA的耐腐蚀性能较差，GI和EG耐腐蚀性能基本相似；纯镀锌板的耐腐蚀性较差，表面进行电泳防护是提升防腐性能的重要方法。

The research and application of galvanized steel sheet is important for enhancing corrosion resistance of the vehicle. Anti-corrosion property of SPC steel, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (GI), hot-dip Zn-Fe alloy galvanized steel sheet (GA), Electro-galvanized Steel sheet (EG) and four kind steel after electrophoresis are studied by cyclic corrosion test in this paper. The results show that:anti-corrosion property is enhanced after galvanization; Anti-corrosion property of GA is poor in three kind of galvanized steel sheets, and anti-corrosion property of GI and EG are similar;Anti-corrosion property pure galvanized steel sheet is also poor, surface electrophoresis protection ia an important method to enhance corrosion resistance.
