目的：探讨变应性鼻炎患者生活质量护理干预的方法及效果。方法我院2012年1月～2014年12月间收治的变应性鼻炎患者86例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（43例，常规护理）和观察（43例，护理干预），比较两组护理前后生活质量。结果护理后，两组鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(SNOT-20)量表评分较治疗前均有改善，观察组改善程度优于对照组，差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论变应性鼻炎中实施护理干预可有效改善患者生活质量。
목적：탐토변응성비염환자생활질량호리간예적방법급효과。방법아원2012년1월～2014년12월간수치적변응성비염환자86례，채용수궤수자표법분위대조조（43례，상규호리）화관찰（43례，호리간예），비교량조호리전후생활질량。결과호리후，량조비강비두결국측시-20(SNOT-20)량표평분교치료전균유개선，관찰조개선정도우우대조조，차이명현，유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론변응성비염중실시호리간예가유효개선환자생활질량。
ObjectiveTo explore the method and effect of allergic rhinitis quality of life in patients with nursing intervention.Methods 86 patients with allergic rhinitis from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were treated patients, randomly divided into the control group (43 cases, routine nursing) and observation (43 cases, given nursing intervention), compared two groups of nursing and quality of life.Results After nursing, two groups of sinonasal outcome test -20 (SNOT-20) scale score than before treatment were improved, the observation group is better than control group, the difference was obvious, with statistical significance (P<0.05). ConclusionIt can signiifcantly improve life quality of patients with nursing intervention in patients with allergic rhinitis, worthy of clinical application.
