Based on the demand orientation,meeting the regional economic and social development and personal development needs is not only the goal positioning for local universities in running orien-tation and talent cultivation,but also the value choice of the reform of applied talents cultivation in lo-cal universities. Strengthening cooperation between universities and enterprises is the effective way and mechanism for local universities to improve their qualities and realize their value choice.
