目的：探讨对全瓣环包术治疗下肢深静脉功能不全患者的术后护理方法及效果。方法回顾性分析2011年8月～2012年8月在我院接受全瓣环包术治疗下肢深静脉功能不全的患者70例，将其随机分为两组，各35例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上加用采用血管检查仪护理。比较两组的护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果观察组护理满意度、并发症发生率优于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论对全瓣环包术治疗下肢深静脉功能不全患者在术后护理中采用血管检查仪，提高了护理满意度，降低了并发症发生率。

ObjectiveTo disscuss Postoperative nursing methods and effects under the treatment of the whole valve annuloplasty for the deep venous insufficiency patients.MethodsBy retrospectively analysis the 70 patients whose lower limbs’ vein has deep venous insufficiency and received the whole valve annuloplasty treatment in our hospital during august in 2011 to august in 2012. We randomly divide them into two groups, and each of them is 35. The contrast group took the conventional nursing, while the observe group added vascular examination instruments. We will compare satisfaction and the incidence of complication.Results The observe group are better than the contrast group in satisfaction and the incidence of complication. And this difference has statistical signiifcance. ConclusionTaking Vascular examination instrument for patients whose lower limbs’ vein lack of foundation under the whole valve annuloplasty’s treatment in postoperative nursing, which raise satisfaction and reduce incidence of complication. So it’s worthy to spread on the clinical.
