目的：探讨血浆置换（PE）治疗急性重症有机磷农药中毒（ASOPP）的疗效。方法：将2011年1月－2014年5月收治的 ASOPP 患者62例随机分为对照组和研究组各31例，分别常规疗法和联合应用 PE 治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：与对照组相比，研究组阿托品化、显著效果的时间和住院时间均明显缩短，中间综合征、反跳例数、死亡率均明显减少，治愈率明显增高，P均＜0．05。结论：在常规治疗的基础上联合 PE 治疗 ASOPP的抢救成功率高，死亡率低，并发症少。
목적：탐토혈장치환（PE）치료급성중증유궤린농약중독（ASOPP）적료효。방법：장2011년1월－2014년5월수치적 ASOPP 환자62례수궤분위대조조화연구조각31례，분별상규요법화연합응용 PE 치료，비교량조적림상료효。결과：여대조조상비，연구조아탁품화、현저효과적시간화주원시간균명현축단，중간종합정、반도례수、사망솔균명현감소，치유솔명현증고，P균＜0．05。결론：재상규치료적기출상연합 PE 치료 ASOPP적창구성공솔고，사망솔저，병발증소。
Objective: To explore the effect of patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (ASOPP) combined treatment with plasma exchange (PE). Methods: 62 patients with ASOPP from Jan 2011 to May 2014 were randomly divided into control group (n=31) and research group(n=31) treated by conventional therapy and combined PE based on the conventional therapy respectively. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with control group,atropinization time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter, intermediate syndrome,atropine rebound and mortality were significantly less, the cure rate was significantly higher in the research group,all P<0.05. Conclusion: There is a high successful rescue rate,few mortality and complications for patients with ASOPP treated by PE combined with conventional therapy.
