目的：总结关节镜辅助下经皮 Kleinert 缝合法修复新鲜闭合性跟腱断裂的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2009年11月－2013年12月应用关节镜辅助下经皮 Kleinert 缝合法修复新鲜闭合性跟腱断裂62例的临床资料。结果：62例患者跟腱断裂均愈合，随访期间未见跟腱断裂再发。术后62例随访时间9－36月，根据 Arner Lindholm 的评分标准，优56例，良6例，优良率达100％。结论：关节镜辅助下经皮 Kleinert缝合法修复新鲜闭合性跟腱断裂具有疗效满意、肢体功能恢复理想、无明显手术并发症等优点。
목적：총결관절경보조하경피 Kleinert 봉합법수복신선폐합성근건단렬적료효。방법：회고성분석2009년11월－2013년12월응용관절경보조하경피 Kleinert 봉합법수복신선폐합성근건단렬62례적림상자료。결과：62례환자근건단렬균유합，수방기간미견근건단렬재발。술후62례수방시간9－36월，근거 Arner Lindholm 적평분표준，우56례，량6례，우량솔체100％。결론：관절경보조하경피 Kleinert봉합법수복신선폐합성근건단렬구유료효만의、지체공능회복이상、무명현수술병발증등우점。
Objective:To summarize the effect of arthroscopy assisted percutaneous Kleinert suture repaired on fresh closed achilles tendon rupture. Methods: The clinical data of 62 patients with fresh closed achilles tendon rupture treated by arthroscopy assisted percutaneous Kleinert suture repaired were retrospectively analyzed from Nov 2009 to Dec 2013. Results: The tendons of 62 cases were healed and none was recurrence during the follow-up period. The follow-up time was 9-36 months of postoperative in the all cases. The fine rate was 100%(56 optimal,6 good)according to the Arner Lindholm criteria. Conclusion: There are satisfactory effect,ideal limb function recovery and no obvious complications for patients with fresh closed achilles tendon rupture treated by arthroscopy assisted percutaneous Kleinert suture repaired.
