目的：探究并分析中西医结合治疗前列腺增生症合并慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法选取我院自2013年12月～2014年12月收治的124例前列腺增生症患者，全部合并慢性前列腺炎，采用随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组，每组62例患者。试验组患者采用中西医结合的治疗方案，对照组患者仅采用西医的治疗方案，观察两组患者经不同方法治疗后的总有效率和最大尿流量与平均尿流率，对结果进行分析。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。试验组患者最大尿流量和平均尿流量均高于对照组，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论采用中西医结合的方法治疗前列腺增生症合并慢性前列腺炎的治疗效果良好，且增加了患者的尿流率，解决了尿路梗阻的问题，缓解患者痛苦。

목적：탐구병분석중서의결합치료전렬선증생증합병만성전렬선염적료효。방법선취아원자2013년12월～2014년12월수치적124례전렬선증생증환자，전부합병만성전렬선염，채용수궤수자표법분성시험조화대조조，매조62례환자。시험조환자채용중서의결합적치료방안，대조조환자부채용서의적치료방안，관찰량조환자경불동방법치료후적총유효솔화최대뇨류량여평균뇨류솔，대결과진행분석。결과시험조총유효솔고우대조조，P＜0.05，구유통계학의의。시험조환자최대뇨류량화평균뇨류량균고우대조조，P＜0.05，구유통계학의의。결론채용중서의결합적방법치료전렬선증생증합병만성전렬선염적치료효과량호，차증가료환자적뇨류솔，해결료뇨로경조적문제，완해환자통고。
ObjectiveTo explore and analyze the curative effect of the combined treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with chronic prostatitis with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods In our hospital from 2013 December to 2014 December were 124 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients, all the patients of chronic prostatitis, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 62 cases. The treatment scheme of the test group were treated by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, patients in control group only received western medicine treatment options, the observation efifciency and maximum urine lfow and average urinary lfow rate of total patients in the two groups after treatment by different methods, the analysis of the results. ResultsThe total effective rate of the experimental group was signiifcantly higher than the control group,P<0.05, with statistical signiifcance. The test group maximum urine lfow and average urinary lfow rate in patients were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05, with statistical signiifcance. Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with chronic prostatitis treatment effect is good, and the increase in urinary flow rate in patients with urinary tract obstruction, solves the problem, alleviate the suffering of patients, is worthy of clinical popularization.
