目的：评估无创通气（NIV）辅助治疗急性重度哮喘发作的疗效。方法：将急性重度哮喘发作患者70例随机分成对照组（n＝34）和研究组（n＝36），接受常规治疗和加用无创通气治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：两组治疗后的呼吸频率、FEV1和氧合指数较前治疗前明显改善（P ＜0．05），但两组间无明显差异（P ＞0．05）；研究组中支气管舒张药吸入总量、ICU治疗时间和总住院时间均较对照组明显减少（P ＜0．05）。结论：NIV联合常规药物治疗可加快急性重度哮喘发作患者肺功能的改善，减少气管舒张吸入剂的需要量及缩短ICU和住院治疗时间。
목적：평고무창통기（NIV）보조치료급성중도효천발작적료효。방법：장급성중도효천발작환자70례수궤분성대조조（n＝34）화연구조（n＝36），접수상규치료화가용무창통기치료，비교량조림상료효。결과：량조치료후적호흡빈솔、FEV1화양합지수교전치료전명현개선（P ＜0．05），단량조간무명현차이（P ＞0．05）；연구조중지기관서장약흡입총량、ICU치료시간화총주원시간균교대조조명현감소（P ＜0．05）。결론：NIV연합상규약물치료가가쾌급성중도효천발작환자폐공능적개선，감소기관서장흡입제적수요량급축단ICU화주원치료시간。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of noninvasive ventilation (NIV) on patients with severe acute asthma. Methods: 70 patients with severe acute asthma were randomly divided into control group (n=34) with standard medical therapy and research group(n=36) with standard medical therapy and NIV. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The respiration rate,forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) and PaO2/FiO2 were significantly better after treatment than before treatment in the two groups ,but there were no significant difference after treatment between the two groups. The dose of inhaled bronchodilator ,duration of ICU and in-hospital were significantly shorter in the research group than those in the control group. Conclusion:Combining NIV and standard medical therapy probably accelerates the improvement of lung function ,decreases the inhaled bronchodilator requirement and shortens the ICU and hospital stay.
