目的：分析中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法将我院2013年7月～2014年7月收治的78例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各39例。对照组给予常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予中医治疗，对两组患者治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果单独采用西医治疗的对照组患者治疗总有效率为66.67%，中西医结合治疗的观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.87%，组间比较具有显著意义（P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎效果显著，可有效改善患者的临床症状。
목적：분석중서의결합치료과민성비염적림상효과。방법장아원2013년7월～2014년7월수치적78례과민성비염환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각39례。대조조급여상규서의치료，관찰조재대조조기출상급여중의치료，대량조환자치료효과진행비교화분석。결과단독채용서의치료적대조조환자치료총유효솔위66.67%，중서의결합치료적관찰조환자치료총유효솔위94.87%，조간비교구유현저의의（P＜0.05）。결론중서의결합치료과민성비염효과현저，가유효개선환자적림상증상。
ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods Our hospital from July 2013 to July 2013 of 78 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 39 cases each. The control group given conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group in the control group given on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, to compare the effect of two groups of patients and analysis.ResultsSingle control group patients using western medicine treatment the total effective rate was 66.67%,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the observation group of patients the total effective rate was 94.87%,the comparison between groups has signiifcant meaning (P<0.05).Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis effect signiifcantly, can be effective in patients with clinical symptoms, worth clinical widely used.
