结合某炼油企业重整装置四合一加热炉出口集合管盲板法兰腐蚀现状,分析产生腐蚀的机理,利用Fluent软件模拟分析不同处理量下发生腐蚀的出口集合管盲板结构处的速度失量图、涡量图等,得出了与腐蚀现状相吻合的结论。对盲板结构进行改进,并进行数值模拟分析,得出优化后的结构可以有效避免出口集合管盲板法兰腐蚀的结论。
結閤某煉油企業重整裝置四閤一加熱爐齣口集閤管盲闆法蘭腐蝕現狀,分析產生腐蝕的機理,利用Fluent軟件模擬分析不同處理量下髮生腐蝕的齣口集閤管盲闆結構處的速度失量圖、渦量圖等,得齣瞭與腐蝕現狀相吻閤的結論。對盲闆結構進行改進,併進行數值模擬分析,得齣優化後的結構可以有效避免齣口集閤管盲闆法蘭腐蝕的結論。

Based on the blind flange corrosion status of four -in-one furnace outlet collecting pipe of a refinery reformer unit ,the blind flange corrosion mechanism is analyzed .The Fluent software is applied to conduct analyses on the velocity vector diagram and vorticity graph of outlet manifold blind plate structure corrosion when in different treatment ,finding out the result is consistent with the conclusions of the corrosion status .So it is concluded that the optimized structure produced from the improved blind plate structure and simulated analysis can effectively avoid the corrosion of outlet manifold blind flanges .
