研究了膜生物反应器(MBR )处理酒精生产废水的特性和效果。探讨了生物降解和膜滤作用对CODCr、氨氮(NH4+-N)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)的降低效果以及膜组件运行压力等。研究结果表明,膜生物反应器(MBR)中生物在2~4 h内对CODCr、氨氮(NH4+-N)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)的降解效果明显,而膜滤是强化生物降解效果的补充,对CODCr ,NH4+-N ,TN和TP的去除均有着不同程度的效果,说明膜生物反应器能净化酒精生产废水。

연구료막생물반응기(MBR )처리주정생산폐수적특성화효과。탐토료생물강해화막려작용대CODCr、안담(NH4+-N)、총담(TN)、총린(TP)적강저효과이급막조건운행압력등。연구결과표명,막생물반응기(MBR)중생물재2~4 h내대CODCr、안담(NH4+-N)、총담(TN)、총린(TP)적강해효과명현,이막려시강화생물강해효과적보충,대CODCr ,NH4+-N ,TN화TP적거제균유착불동정도적효과,설명막생물반응기능정화주정생산폐수。
The characteristics and effects of alcohol wastewater treatment by membrane bioreactor (MBR) is studied .The removal efficiency of biodegradation and membrane filter on chemical oxygen demanded (CODCr ) ,ammonium (NH4+ -N ) , total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) is investigated ,as well as operational pressure of membrane .The results in-dicate that the biodegradation efficiency of CODCr ,NH4+ -N ,TN and TP is obvious within 2-4 hs .The membrane filter is good to biodegradation and effective to the removal of CODCr ,NH4+ -N ,TN and TP .The phenomenon illustrates that the membrane bioreactor has better ability for purifying alcohol wastewater .
