血液系统是内科学中一门专业性强,疾病种类多,难以理解和记忆的一门学科。为加强医学生在临床实习中对血液系统的学习,现从提高教师带教素质、合理运用以学生为主体,老师为主导的教学模式、加强医患沟通和医风医德教育三方面进行探讨。实践表明,这些方法有助于培养学生兴趣,加强知识理解,增强三基能力,形成临床思维,以及向临床医生转变。

Hematological system is a discipline which has a strong professional and many kinds of diseases, is difficult to understand and remember. In order to enhance the clinical practice in hematological system, the way included promoting the clinical teachers general ability, adopting reasonably the teaching methods of students as the main body, teacher as the leading factor, strengthening the doctor-patient communication and patient-centered medical ethics education are used. The results showed that these methods are helpful to develop students' interest, strengthen the knowledge to understand, cultivate students clinical thinking ability and make the transition from students to clinicians easy.
