以枣金属硫蛋白基因工程菌作为生物吸附剂处理含镍废水,对其影响因素(填料类型、pH值、重金属负荷率、吸附时间)进行了研究。通过正交实验,得到理论上的最佳条件,通过进一步分析找出实际废水处理中镍去除的适宜条件。结果表明,理论上在间歇实验中用枣金属硫蛋白基因工程菌去除镍的最优条件为:填料为陶粒,pH=11,重金属负荷率为0.2,吸附时间30 min。实际废水处理中为了减少碱的用量,缩短处理时间,可控制条件为:填料为陶粒,pH=9,重金属负荷率为0.2,吸附时间10 min。

Jujube metallothionein engineering bacteria is used as biological adsorbent to treat wastewater containing nickel and the factors (filler type ,pH ,heavy metal load rate ,adsorption time ) influencing the removal rate are studied .By or-thogonal experiment ,the optimal theoretical conditions are given and the suitable conditions of nickel removal in wastewater treatment are found through progressive analysis .The results show that :theoretically in batch experiments the optimal condi-tions using jujube metallothionein engineering bacteria to remove Ni should be :ceramic filler ,pH = 11 ,heavy metal load rate is 0 .2 and the adsorption time is 30mins .In order to reduce the amount of the base in the actual wastewater treatment and shorten the processing time ,the conditions may be controlled :ceramic filler ,pH = 9 ,heavy metal load rate is 0 .2 and the adsorption time is 10mins .
