目的：对苯巴比妥在惊厥性癫痫治疗中的临床疗效进行分析。方法选取我省精神卫生专科医院于2013年2月～2013年12月期间收治的45例惊厥性癫痫患者采用苯巴比妥治疗的临床效果进行回顾性分析。结果本组45例患者的治疗总有效率为84.4%；30例患者依从性良好，15例患者依从性不好，并且依从性好的患者的治疗总有效率高于依从性不好的患者，差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用苯巴比妥治疗惊厥性癫痫具有显著临床效果，具有副作用小、安全有效以及价格低廉等诸多优点。
목적：대분파비타재량궐성전간치료중적림상료효진행분석。방법선취아성정신위생전과의원우2013년2월～2013년12월기간수치적45례량궐성전간환자채용분파비타치료적림상효과진행회고성분석。결과본조45례환자적치료총유효솔위84.4%；30례환자의종성량호，15례환자의종성불호，병차의종성호적환자적치료총유효솔고우의종성불호적환자，차이현저，유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론채용분파비타치료량궐성전간구유현저림상효과，구유부작용소、안전유효이급개격저렴등제다우점。
Objective Clinical effect of Phenobarbital application in treatment of convulsive epilepsy is to be analyzed.Methods Analyze and review clinical treatment effects from 45 patients with convulsive epilepsy that are treated in Provincial mental health hospital from February 2013 to December 2013. ResultsTreatment efficacy of 45 patients is up to 84.4%; there are 30 cases of favorable compliance and 15 cases of unfavorable compliance, and what’s more, treatment efficacy of patients with favorable compliance is higher than treatment efifcacy of patients with unfavorable compliance; there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05).Conclusion Phenobarbital application is of clinical efifcacy in treatment of convulsive epilepsy with few side effects, it boasts advantages of medication safety, efifciency and low prices; thus, such a medication treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread and applied clinically.
