采用溶胶凝胶法在Fe‐6.5Si颗粒表面包覆了一层M gO绝缘壳层,并通过放电等离子技术(SPS)制备了Fe‐6.5Si/MgO微胞软磁复合材料。经SPS烧结后制得的复合材料具有优异的软磁性能及力学性能,Fe‐6.5Si/M gO复合材料的电阻率较Fe‐6.5Si原始粉末提高了30倍,饱和磁感应强度 Bs=1.498 T ;MgO颗粒形成了3D空间结构,使Fe‐6.5Si/MgO软磁复合材料具有较高的弹性模量和抗压强度,抗压强度最高达1075 M Pa。

T he M gO insulation layers are coated on the surface of Fe‐6 .5Si particles by sol‐gel method , and Fe‐6 .5Si/MgO micro‐cellular soft magnetic composites are prepared with Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) .The prepared composites demonstrate excellent soft magnetic and mechanical properties :the electric resistivity of the composites is 30 times higher than that of original Fe‐6 .5Si powder ;the saturable magnetic intensity Bs = 1 .498 T . 3D structureis formed by MgO , which make the Fe‐6 .5Si/MgO have strong elastic modulus and compressive strength . The maximum compressive strength is up to 1 075 M Pa.
