目的：椎体压缩性骨折是临床上的常见疾病，按病因可分为良性骨折和恶性骨折，在日常诊疗中其性质常难以鉴别，MRI 对其诊断、鉴别诊断及进一步治疗有所帮助。本文总结 MRI 不同成像方法对现阶段椎体骨折性质鉴别的相关研究进展予以综述。

Vertebral compression fracture is a common clinical disease .It can be divided into benign and malignant frac‐ture according to the cause ,and it is often difficult to identify its nature in daily diagnosis and treatment .MRI is helpful in its diagnosis ,differential diagnosis and further treatment .This article has reviewed the research progress of different ex‐amination techniques of MRI used in differential diagnosis of vertebral fractures .
