海水集料混凝土利用球形SAP形成内部球孔,是一种基于内部孔结构的新型混凝土。对水泥用量、球形SAP体积分数、水胶比和复合外加剂质量分数4个因素,各取4个水平进行正交试验,采用极差分析和方差分析归纳各因素对海水集料混凝土抗压强度的影响。结果表明:球形SAP体积分数对抗压强度的影响最大,其次是水泥用量和水胶比,复合外加剂质量分数的影响最小。在正交试验的基础上,将海水集料混凝土中球形SAP体积率视为孔隙率,得到一系列抗压强度的回归关系式,提出基于经验公式的海水集料混凝土配合比设计方法。
海水集料混凝土利用毬形SAP形成內部毬孔,是一種基于內部孔結構的新型混凝土。對水泥用量、毬形SAP體積分數、水膠比和複閤外加劑質量分數4箇因素,各取4箇水平進行正交試驗,採用極差分析和方差分析歸納各因素對海水集料混凝土抗壓彊度的影響。結果錶明:毬形SAP體積分數對抗壓彊度的影響最大,其次是水泥用量和水膠比,複閤外加劑質量分數的影響最小。在正交試驗的基礎上,將海水集料混凝土中毬形SAP體積率視為孔隙率,得到一繫列抗壓彊度的迴歸關繫式,提齣基于經驗公式的海水集料混凝土配閤比設計方法。

Seawater?absorbing aggregate concrete is a new type of concrete with internal pore structure by bringing in spheri?cal SAP. Such four factors as cement dosage, seawater?absorbing aggregate dosage, water?binder ratio and compound admixtures content were considered in an orthogonal test with four levels adopted in each factor. Range analysis and variance analysis were used to conclude individual factors which produced an effect on compressive strength of seawater?absorbing aggregate concrete. Re?search showed that the compressive strength of concrete was mostly affected by seawater?absorbing aggregate dosage, followed by ce?ment dosage and water?binder ratio, and compound admixtures content was the least significant one. Finally, based on the orthogo?nal test, with spherical SAP volume fraction as porosity, a series of regression relationships of compression strength were derived, and the mixture ratio design method of seawater?absorbing aggregate is proposed on the basis of empirical formula.
