目的：观察甲氨蝶呤治疗中、重度银屑病的临床疗效。方法随机将我院2014年5月～2015年1月收治的100例中、重度银屑病患者分为两组，每组50例。观察组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗，对照组给予银屑灵治疗，比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率等指标。结果治疗后，观察组治疗总有效率、治疗费用均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论甲氨蝶呤治疗中、重度银屑病临床效果显著，安全性高，治疗费用低。
목적：관찰갑안접령치료중、중도은설병적림상료효。방법수궤장아원2014년5월～2015년1월수치적100례중、중도은설병환자분위량조，매조50례。관찰조급여갑안접령치료，대조조급여은설령치료，비교량조림상료효、불량반응발생솔등지표。결과치료후，관찰조치료총유효솔、치료비용균우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론갑안접령치료중、중도은설병림상효과현저，안전성고，치료비용저。
Objective To observe the methotrexate in the treatment, the clinical curative effect of severe psoriasis.MethodsWe divided 100 cases of psoriatic patients into two groups randomly from May 2014 to January 2015, 50 cases in each group. Observation group was given methotrexate therapy, the control group given silver crumbs spirit treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect, incidence of adverse reactions such as index.Results After treatment, the observation group total effective rate, cost of treatment were signiifcantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Methotrexate in the treatment, severe psoriasis clinical effect is remarkable, high safety, low treatment cost, is worthy of popularization and application.
