通过对浙、闽、粤三省民营经济发展特点、区域差异以及各项工业发展指标等方面的比较分析，认为推动地方民营经济发展的成功经验是，尊重民营经济主体创业发展的首创精神，营造宽松氛围激活民间投资，注重提高支持民营经济发展的服务水平。民营经济的未来发展规划要致力发展规模经济，鼓励民营企业做大做强，不断提高企业竞争力；鼓励民营经济加快产业转型升级，提高企业质量水平；在依托现有产业的基础上培养新的增长点。

Through comparative analysis on the private economy development in Zhejiang,Fujian and Guangdong provinces,the successful experience to promote the development of private economy is believed to respect the pio-neering spirit of entrepreneurship,to create a relaxed atmosphere,to improve the level of service to the develop-ment of private economy.The plan for the future development of private economy,it will be need to develop scale economy and encourage private enterprises to become bigger and stronger,and continuously improve the competi-tiveness of enterprises,to encourage the private economy to accelerate industrial restructuring and upgrading and improve the quality of the enterprises,to cultivate new growth points based on the existing industries.
