目的：探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪在冠心病临床治疗中的效果。方法以120例冠心病患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组予以曲美他嗪治疗，观察组予以阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗，对比两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.3%（56/60），高于对照组的75%（45/60），具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率差异较小，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病可取得较好效果，且不良反应少。

목적：탐토아탁벌타정연합곡미타진재관심병림상치료중적효과。방법이120례관심병환자위연구대상，수궤분위량조，대조조여이곡미타진치료，관찰조여이아탁벌타정연합곡미타진치료，대비량조치료효과급불량반응발생정황。결과관찰조치료총유효솔위93.3%（56/60），고우대조조적75%（45/60），구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。량조불량반응발생솔차이교소，무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론채용아탁벌타정연합곡미타진치료관심병가취득교호효과，차불량반응소。
Objective To investigate the atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease in clinical effect. Methods120 cases of coronary heart disease patients in this study were randomly divided into two groups, a control group was treated with atorvastatin treatment, observation group received atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment, compared two groups of therapeutic effects and adverse reactions situation.ResultsObservation group total effective rate was 93.3% (56/60), significantly higher than the 75% (45/60), with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions two smaller difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).ConclusionThe use of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease can achieve better results and fewer side effects, great clinical value.
