Low- carbon economy is a new mode for economic development, and the research of new energy industry development is a new research field. The development of new energy industry was of great significance for Baoding to adjust energy structure and change the pattern of economic development. In this article, through the analysis on the development of Baoding’s new energy industry under low carbon economy, the advantages and disadvantages were pointed out, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to promote the construction and development of new energy industry.
