目的:探讨超声弹性成像(ultrasonic elastography ,UE )诊断甲状腺恶性肿块的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院住院患者40例,42个甲状腺恶性肿块,术后不同超声类型检查结果分别与病理结果对照分析。结果常规超声诊断甲状腺恶性肿块的敏感性常规超声灵敏性78.57%,特异性71.43%,准确性76.19%;超声弹性成像技术灵敏性81.48%,特异性80.00%,准确性80.95%;联合二者灵敏性85.71%,特异性87.50%,准确性90.47%。常规超声与弹性成像技术诊断准确度的比较无统计学意义,两种技术联合的诊断准确度分别与其中一种技术相比,都有统计学意义。结论常规超声和弹性成像技术联合运用,能够提高甲状腺恶性肿块的诊断准确性。

목적:탐토초성탄성성상(ultrasonic elastography ,UE )진단갑상선악성종괴적림상개치。방법회고성분석아원주원환자40례,42개갑상선악성종괴,술후불동초성류형검사결과분별여병리결과대조분석。결과상규초성진단갑상선악성종괴적민감성상규초성령민성78.57%,특이성71.43%,준학성76.19%;초성탄성성상기술령민성81.48%,특이성80.00%,준학성80.95%;연합이자령민성85.71%,특이성87.50%,준학성90.47%。상규초성여탄성성상기술진단준학도적비교무통계학의의,량충기술연합적진단준학도분별여기중일충기술상비,도유통계학의의。결론상규초성화탄성성상기술연합운용,능구제고갑상선악성종괴적진단준학성。
Objective To study the value of ultrasonic elastography (UE) in thyroid cancer .Methods Forty patients with 42 thyroid cancer lesions were examined by conventional ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography .All the cases were proved by surgical pathology .Results The sensitivity ,specificity ,and the accuracy of convention ultrasound in the diag‐nosis of thyroid cancer were 78 .57% ,71 .43% ,76 .19% respectively , and those of UE were 81 .48% , 80.00% , 80.95% ,while ,those of conventional ultrasound in conjunction with UE were 85 .71% ,87 .50% ,and 90 .47% .Statisti‐cal results showed there was no significant difference in accuracy between conventional ultrasound and UE .There was sig‐nificant difference in accuracy between conventional ultrasound and conventional ultrasound in conjunction with UE ,and there was significant difference in accuracy between UE and conventional ultrasound in conjunction with UE .Conclusion The combination of conventional ultrasound and UE can improve the accuracy .
