    我国自2007年开始实施的农家书屋建设工程是一项重大的文化惠民系统工程，如今已经初步完成，本文分析了农家书屋建设中存在的问题，提出了相应的解决策略。

    Since 2007, China has started the construction project of rural library, which is a great cultural system organized by Chinese government, and now it has nearly been completed. This article analyzed the major problems existing in the development of rural library and put forward some service strategies.
