目的:探讨腮腺基底细胞腺瘤的 CT 特征。方法回顾分析6例经手术及病理证实的腮腺基底细胞腺瘤的CT 图像,重点评价肿瘤的部位、大小、形态、边缘、密度及强化特征。结果6例均为单发肿块,4例位于腮腺深叶,2例位于浅叶;6个肿瘤均呈圆形,无分叶,边界清晰;肿瘤内部均可见囊变区,其中2例表现为大囊伴壁结节。增强扫描动脉期,肿块实性部分呈显著强化,静脉期密度略有下降。结论腮腺浅叶孤立性结节,边界清晰,内见坏死囊变或呈大囊+壁结节,动脉期实性部分显著强化,静脉期 CT 值略有下降,应考虑腮腺 BCA 的可能。
目的:探討腮腺基底細胞腺瘤的 CT 特徵。方法迴顧分析6例經手術及病理證實的腮腺基底細胞腺瘤的CT 圖像,重點評價腫瘤的部位、大小、形態、邊緣、密度及彊化特徵。結果6例均為單髮腫塊,4例位于腮腺深葉,2例位于淺葉;6箇腫瘤均呈圓形,無分葉,邊界清晰;腫瘤內部均可見囊變區,其中2例錶現為大囊伴壁結節。增彊掃描動脈期,腫塊實性部分呈顯著彊化,靜脈期密度略有下降。結論腮腺淺葉孤立性結節,邊界清晰,內見壞死囊變或呈大囊+壁結節,動脈期實性部分顯著彊化,靜脈期 CT 值略有下降,應攷慮腮腺 BCA 的可能。
목적:탐토시선기저세포선류적 CT 특정。방법회고분석6례경수술급병리증실적시선기저세포선류적CT 도상,중점평개종류적부위、대소、형태、변연、밀도급강화특정。결과6례균위단발종괴,4례위우시선심협,2례위우천협;6개종류균정원형,무분협,변계청석;종류내부균가견낭변구,기중2례표현위대낭반벽결절。증강소묘동맥기,종괴실성부분정현저강화,정맥기밀도략유하강。결론시선천협고립성결절,변계청석,내견배사낭변혹정대낭+벽결절,동맥기실성부분현저강화,정맥기 CT 치략유하강,응고필시선 BCA 적가능。
Objective To investigate the CT features of basal cell adenoma of the parotid gland .Methods CT features of basal cell adenoma in 6 patients confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed retrospectively .All CT images were retrospectively evaluated with respect to location ,size ,morphology ,margin ,density and enhancement features .Re‐sults All of the 6 cases were single tumor ,4 cases were located in the deep lobe and 2 cases in the shallow lobes .All the 6 tumors were clear boundary and round shape without lobular appearance .Cystic degeneration was displayed in all the 6 cases ,2 lesions were shown cystic areas in the center with wall nodules ,the solid part of the tumor was significantly en‐hanced in arterial phase ,and slightly decreased in venous phase .Conclusion Solitary nodule located in the shallow lobe of parotid gland ,clear boundary and necrosis in variable or a large capsule together with wall nodules ,and CT value in‐creased significantly in arterial phase and slightly decreased in venous phase should be considered the possibility of basal cell adenoma .
