目的:对照原发性三叉神经痛(TN)患者及健康者两组 MRI 影像学资料中三叉神经与责任血管接触的夹角,分析 TN 患者神经血管接触时夹角的影像学特点。方法58例单侧 TN 并行 MVD 手术证实 NVC 程度为中重度患者纳入研究组,46例健康者影像学显示 NVC 程度均中重度作为对照组,两组均完成 MR3D‐FIESTA 与3D‐TOF 两序列扫描,层厚1mm ;在两序列及相关后处理图像上分析三叉神经与责任血管的夹角。结果原发性三叉神经痛患者三叉神经与责任血管的夹角为45°~90°时出现率明显高于健康侧( P <0.01)。结论 NVC 中重度压迫且神经与责任血管的夹角为45°~90°更易导致三叉神经痛的发生。

목적:대조원발성삼차신경통(TN)환자급건강자량조 MRI 영상학자료중삼차신경여책임혈관접촉적협각,분석 TN 환자신경혈관접촉시협각적영상학특점。방법58례단측 TN 병행 MVD 수술증실 NVC 정도위중중도환자납입연구조,46례건강자영상학현시 NVC 정도균중중도작위대조조,량조균완성 MR3D‐FIESTA 여3D‐TOF 량서렬소묘,층후1mm ;재량서렬급상관후처리도상상분석삼차신경여책임혈관적협각。결과원발성삼차신경통환자삼차신경여책임혈관적협각위45°~90°시출현솔명현고우건강측( P <0.01)。결론 NVC 중중도압박차신경여책임혈관적협각위45°~90°경역도치삼차신경통적발생。
Objective To analyze the imaging characteristics of vascular nerve compression (NVC) with TN through the comparative study of the angle of the trigeminal nerve and responsibility vascular with the patients of primary trigeminal neuralgia and healthy subjects by the MRI imaging .Methods 58 unilateral cases of the moderate and severe NVC of TN patients confirmed by MVD neuralgia and 46cases of normal patients were scanned by the two sequences imaging of MR 3D‐FIESTA and 3D‐TOF on each 1 mm .Results The angle of the trigeminal nerve and responsibility vascular be analyzed by the processed imaging .The angle of 45° to 90 ° about the trigeminal nerve and responsibility vascular were frequently found in the patients of TN .The difference of two groups existed in difference statistically ( P < 0 .01) .Conclusion The angle of 45° to 90 ° with the moderate and severe NVC more easily leads to the occurrence of trigeminal neuralgia .
